Wish I could have been there.
I haven't been there in a few years but the last time I was, it was anything but rundown.

That is the first time I have ever heard that. I believe a few folks in Kansas would have something to say about that, along with a little place called Westwood and I believe that 3 schools within 15 miles of each other in a southern state would have a good argument as well.
It isn't rundown by any means, but it has no atmosphere. Unless you just like seein uk in big letters on the floor, like I said earlier even the banners they have are so far up in the rafters and out of the way you don't even notice them unless you are looking for them, as I was.
There is however alot of horse racing atmosphere, with statues and murals everywhere.
